Protecting your personal details on our website

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This notice describes our privacy policy and forms part of our website terms and conditions (“Website Terms”).

By accepting our Website Terms or by visiting dekostudio.org (“the Website”) you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

DEKO Studio Limited is the controller (collectively referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy notice) and responsible for your Personal Data (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998). We are committed to giving you a personalised service that meets your needs in a way that also protects your privacy.

Where we need to collected Personal Data by law and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to provide our services to you. In this case, we may have to cancel a service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

Our mailing list

If you opt into our mailing list we will send you our newsletter by email. Our newsletter informs you about new products, designs and special offers. When you sign up for our email newsletter you will provide us with a first name and an email address. Your IP address will also be logged to prevent fraud.
